Dr. Agnes Perenyi
Pediatrician-Neonatologist- Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Agnes R. Perenyi graduated from Semmelweis Medical School, Budapest in 1977. A practicing doctor for 39 years, Dr. Perenyi completed her U.S. residency and fellowship training at New York University Medical Center, and New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center. She is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine, as well as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has clinical privileges at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and at the Northwell Health System. In addition to completing an in-depth review of the current courses at NewbornCourse.com, Dr. Perenyi will serve on our Advisory Board and plans to assist in the formation of additional coursework for existing and future mothers and mothers-to-be.

Dr. Page ChenDr. Page Chen is the Chief Innovation Officer at Remote-Learner and leads their product and custom solutions teams. With a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, and a PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning, she has been designing “out of the box” solutions for all ages and a wide variety of industries for over 20 years, focusing on online open source solutions for the last decade. Her research focus has been examining how techniques that incorporate interactive technologies that are used in other fields could be integrated into an eLearning platforms in a way that has a positive impact on learner mastery. Page has researched proven behavioral design and persuasive technology techniques and combined them with established pedagogical elements, to develop a collection of instructional strategies that are having transformational impacts on building a better learner experience.
As the wife of a neonatologist, mom of three beautiful child, and representing the fifth generation of her family in education, Page provides a unique perspective on the role technology plays in changing how we live, play and learn. Whether conducting small group workshops or presenting at national conferences, Page’s creative approach to finding that sweet spot where strategy and technology come together has resulted in her and her amazing teams’ building of hundreds of innovative solutions that are both engaging and support learner mastery.
Seth Norman Greenberg
President and co-founder
As president and co-founder, Seth will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Newborn Course. In addition, he will be contributing to the production of the marketing campaign, give back program, and the development of strategic business and philanthropic partnerships. Seth’s wealth of knowledge will be invaluable in launching NewbornCourse.com. For the past 20 years, he has been actively involved in all facets of the domestic staffing profession. He has played a vital role in shaping Pavillion Agency into what it is today: the leader in the field of personal service.
Seth’s most recent accomplishment at Pavillion Agency is the design and development of the company’s interactive website. He is responsible for Pavillion’s marketing strategy, including all communication off- and online. One of Seth’s most important achievements has been Pavillion’s highly successful baby nurse division, which provides temporary postpartum care for families and their newborns. The years Seth has spent assisting new mothers, fathers, grandparents, and baby nurses gave him firsthand knowledge of the universal and desperate fears new parents faced without access to proper infant care training. NewbornCourse.com was developed as a solution—to prepare and inform parents about all aspects of newborn and mother care, and provide them with the confidence they need.

As CEO of Pavillion Agency, Inc., Keith brings 35 years of extensive knowledge in the personal service staffing industry. With sustained growth year after year, Keith has helped propel this boutique multimillion-dollar staffing firm from a small mom-and-pop company to an industry leader. Keith has taken charge of the intricacies of day-to-day operations, leading Pavillion to become the largest and most reputable firm of its kind. He is determined to use his unique skillset to drive NewbornCourse.com to the forefront of newborn care education. As CEO of The Newborn Course, Keith will oversee the day-to-day operations, focusing primarily on creating and executing a comprehensive marketing campaign.

Cliff Greenhouse is president of Pavillion Agency, Inc. His notable successes include the development and introduction of Pavillion Agency’s world-renowned Nanny Placement division, the founding of Nanny Authority, Inc., and NannyAuthority.com (which has grown to be among the largest nanny recruitment firms in the U.S.), the founding of Pavillion Group payroll processing services, and the creation of Greenhouse Insurance Agency (which provides brokerage services for health insurance, disability insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance). Cliff has a keen eye for identifying needs within the marketplace, along with a proven track record of successfully developing companies that effectively deliver valuable services while positively impacting profits.
Chief Marketing and Advertising Strategist
Jonathan has extensive background in advertising sales within the B2B and consumer markets. His experience covers all modes of media: print, online, event and sponsorship sales. He has a solid understanding of the advertising / marketing and strategy process from spending more than 25 years in national and global media sales with multiple companies and markets. He enjoys finding solutions that achieve and exceed client goals.
Additionally, Jonathan is a co-founder of Ivory for Elephants: A Media charity, which seeks to raise awareness to stop the ivory trade and generate revenues to be donated to key charities in support of this critical cause.
Victoria Welsh, RN
Baby Nurse- Newborn Care specialist
Victoria has more than fifteen years of experience as an RN in pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and mother/baby care. She has also cared for patients in high risk obstetrics, labor and delivery, and multiples. This includes ongoing training in lactation consulting for moms of premature infants as well as multiples.
For the past eleven years, Victoria has been working as a private baby nurse. Victoria can effectively work in a variety of situations and develop a great rapport with clients. She specializes in establishing a gentle transition for the infant from life in the womb to life in his/her new home outside the womb by providing gentle, calm, loving care. Victoria knows how to understand and anticipate the infant’s individual needs. She focuses on building the infant’s self-esteem while helping the family with the transition as well. For first-time parents, she offers calm guidance during an exciting—but potentially stressful—time. For existing parents, Victoria helps to guide the other siblings to adapt to the new arrival. She also offer family and parenting teaching if desired.
Dorothy Waide started her training as a Karitane Mothercraft Nurse in New Zealand in the 1970s and went on to look after the babies of several well-known celebrities. She is now one of the world’s most sought-after baby sleep consultants. With over 30 years of baby nursing and sleep-settling experience, her uncanny ability to calm even the most fractious crying baby or toddler sets her apart as one of today’s most respected baby consultants. Dorothy believes nurture is central to giving the babies their very best start in life and takes a holistic approach to her work, embracing individual families’ needs, environments and lifestyle. When babies are not eating, sleeping or adjusting, it is easy to become overwhelmed and not know what to do. Dorothy has helped and supported thousands of families in New Zealand and around the world, sharing her knowledge and skills.
